Personalised Therapy

In scary and uncertain times, you may be feeling particularly dissatisfied or lost with what's happening in your life right now, or you might want to work through some unresolved past issues. Therapy is about talking through what's troubling you in a safe space and giving you the tools to overcome the difficulties that you face. My aim is to help you to explore what truly matters to you, and to help you reach your chosen goals so that you can feel more fulfilled and self-confident in your life.

Therapy is a process, and there's no one size fits all. My approach is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), drawing elements from both depending on your personal needs and preferred style. We will work together at your pace so that you feel comfortable.

Undertaking therapy can be a big step, and committing to change can be a difficult process. If you have any concerns or questions please get in touch and I will support you at whatever point you are.
